Bachelorette BREAKFAST!! Upside Down Orange: 1 large orange 1 small bottle vodka Remove top stem part of the orange. With a knife, gently poke insides of the orange to open up the pulps. Open vodka bottle and insert into the hole. Rest orange in a small bowl, vodka bottle side up. Put in the chiller. Wait for 6-8 hours. When orange has absorbed vodka, remove bottle. Slice into wedges and enjoy. Perfect for concerts/drive in movies/football games:))

Rock Candy: 2 cups water, 1 cup white corn syrup, 3 1/2 cups sugar, 1/4 tsp cream of tartar. Then I added: 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, 3 drops of blue gel food coloring. I boiled the mixture and then continued stirring it on the heat until it reached 300 degrees F (used a candy thermometer to measure the temp). At that point, I poured it into a tray to cool. It hardened up in about an hour and then I smashed it to pieces.

Southwest chicken!!!! We make This often... SO easy and SOOO yummy!! Chicken tenderloins-cut into small squares, 2 cups instant rice, 1 taco seasoning, 1 can rotel, grated cheese. Cook chicken in skillet. Add 1 1/2 cups water, taco seasoning and rotel. Heat to boiling. Add 2 cups instant rice. Stir, remove from heat and cover. Once water is absorbed, stir and top with cheese. Let cheese melt and voila!! Dinners served! Eat with tostitos, tortillas or by itself!

Unbelievable bread made from only four ingredients and almost no work. You dump in the first three ingredients, add water, mix a bit, let sit overnight, then the next morning, you pretty much toss it in an oven-safe pot and bake. Voila.
