Alternative to pasta: Bring a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium-high heat on the stove.Add slaw and 1/4 cup water. Stirring occasionally, cook until water has evaporated and slaw has softened slightly, about 5 - 8 minutes (This is actually what I did all the time when I dropped 100 pounds. Works awesome in stir-fry too, instead of rice or lo mein!)

Focaccia with White Cheese Dip
To all my peeps out there... however they forgot to add tomatoes to the "Room Temp" list... storing them in the fridge inhibits their flavour, and causes a grainy texture in the flesh. However if your "room temp" avocados, kiwi, etc, are getting to the perfectly ripe stage, and you are not ready to use them yet, you can store them in the fridge to stop/slow down the ripening process.
Get Skinny / 2 large old bananas 1 cup of quick oats. You can add in choc chips, coconut, or nuts if you'd like. Then 350º for 15 mins. THAT'S IT!
