I don't want to be skinny...I want to be healthy, I don't know why I let myself get like this, I weighed 185 when Sam and I started dating which I wanted to lose more then, but now I weigh 220 :( I feel so ashamed. I mean I don't see myself as ugly, but I don't want to look like this anymore, but I can't talk to Sam about it because then I look insecure...I'm not...but I'm not comfortable. I need help. :/
