: Oven Tacos- this worked great. Cooked the Ground beef, onions and green chiles. Then, added the spices. Forget the tomato sauce. No self respecting Mexican would use that. Add some cheese and put in 400 degree oven until cheese is melted. Nothing soggy and everyone's shells are ready at the same time.
