i love swimming so much, especially compared to running. it doesn't place the stress on your joints but is still superb exercise that burns a lot of energy (if you count calories/kilo joules) my local pool opened for the season yesterday and I am going today! so excited // Swimming. I have to get back to swimming. Need regular physical activity and swimming is great.
