Great fast breakfast idea! I'm going to do this while I dry my hair........ Broiled Eggs: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Lightly butter a muffin tin & put one egg per well. Add salt, pepper & any SCD seasonings you like. Broil for about 10 minutes (a little less if you like the yolk runny). Eat up!
