Interested to try. Bacon & Egg Stuffed Avocados (just scoop a bit of the avocado out, crack in an egg, sprinkle with bacon and bake 425 for 15 min.)

Make quick and easy fruit salads for the week. Use your favorite fruits: strawberries, blueberries, kiwis, bananas, etc. Add a splash of orange juice and throw it in the freezer overnight. By the time lunch time rolls around, the fruit will be thawed but still cold, and you're ready for a healthy lunch.

Bacon & Cheese Quiche: Just use a pre-made roll-out pie crust, then whisk together about 5-7 eggs and 1-2 cups milk, and pour it into the pie crust. I add about 1-2 cups shredded cheese (Mexican blend), about 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, and 3-5 slices of crumbled bacon. Pop it into the oven at 350 degrees for 40-60 min, until a fork poked into the center comes out clean.
