1970s Dubble Bubble. These were your true flavored bubble gume. The comics were a nice treat that was wrapped around the gum when you removed the wrapper.

This was one of my favorite toys when I was a kid. Always loved animals and their sounds. Eventually I figured out you could make it skip if you jerked on the cord so that it would say something like "The cow goes/Bark bark bark." That killed me.
