BEST POT ROAST EVER 3 pound beef roast 1 envelope of dry Italian salad dressing 1 envelope of dry ranch salad dressing 1 envelope of dry brown gravy 2 cups water Mix water with all three envelopes of dry salad dressings. Mix until blended completely. Brown the roast (if desired). Add the meat to your cooker. Pour the water, salad dressing mixture over the roast. In the slow cooker cook it on high for about 4 hours on low about 8 hours.
There is no other way to eat them now that I have tried them this way! Clean them, cut them in half, mix EVO, onion powder, sea salt, and juice from 1/2 of a lemon, stir the sprouts in the mixture and place on a cookie sheet and bake for 25 minuets. Oh and make sure you put all the leaves that fell off on the pan... they get really crispy and are a treat to the palate!

OK. This is THE best way to eat green beans, ever!! I added a heathly sprinkling of garlic powder and used grated parmesan, because I didn't have fresh. Much to my and my husband's surprise these were awesome. We've had them twice in 3 days. Oh, and another similar recipe had the oven at 450 so that's what I went with. They're best well charred.
