6/10/13 - Cheesy Broccoli Orzo - made it with dinner and was a great healthy alternative to mac and cheese (which is usually our go to). I doubled the recipe to have extra with a whole box of orzo and a whole head of broccoli. Didn't have cheddar so used velveeta instead. Good will probably add salt or more cheese for a little more flavor next time.
