shared space: playroom/office/guestroom
From Giulia Doyle of audrey74.com: The biggest challenge is to make the space not all about the kids - while they play there, it's also an office and needs to serve as a guest room. Also my kids are growing up (6 and 4), so they need more space to do homework, crafts, etc. while still having lots of storage for dolls, playmobil, lego, dinos and dress up. I also find it challenging that the room is used to walk through to the powder room and mudroom to the garage and back garden door.
Love this. It would br even more perfect if it had a natural wood for the desk top and maybe a few items made of wood here and there on the shelves. I think it would bring in a little more of a natural and organic touch to the space. Studio, Office Spaces, Floating Shelves, Frame, Art, Gallery Walls, Desk, Home Offices, Workspac
Also, how do you feel about a print of a woodland animal actually wearing the menswear? Could be an interesting twist.
Birds fabric by lydia_meiying on Spoonflower - custom fabric
So in love with this fabric. Would be beautiful roman shades or a pillow or a dress (oh, sorry, that was for me!)
This could also work for the roman shade, a little more serious in color, but the diamonds are still playful.
Red Wired World Floor Bin - to the right of desk for soft toys. Colour connects to red mudroom bench and wire connects to grid storage.
