March is so close we can smell it. Tourney time. At the Lawrence Public Library that means one thing: TOURNAMENT OF KIDS’ BOOKS! The most checked out kids’ books of last year go head-to-head, tourney style; the winner to be voted by the kids of Lawrence! Brackets are available at the library and on the library’s website. First round voting starts March 1. And remember kids— Only you can help your favorite book in the battle to greatness.

The second annual Tournament of Kids’ Books! Each week in March, kids 12 & under may vote for their favorite books bracket-style, from Sweet Sixteen all the way to the Championship round. You can pick up brackets at the Children’s Desk or print from here. Voting will begin March 1. And remember kids— Only you can help your favorite book in the battle to greatness.
