Fruit filled German pancakes made in muffin tins - these are really fun, but you have to make a lot *update* I made 2 1/2 batches and it fed 6 adults and 4 kids with probably a dozen leftover. Each batch does approx. 18 in a regular sized muffin tin. The triple berry sauce was delicious and it saves in the fridge for at least a month! Prepare the beet slaw on the first day and refrigerate leftovers. Add greens, avocado, and seeds just before eating.
