Liz E. made this ingenious snack in her NuWave Pro. First, she washed a bag of mini sweet peppers and removed the tops. Then, she cut up some pepper-jack string cheese into cubes and stuffed them into the peppers. Finally, she placed them on the 1-inch rack, covered in foil, and cooked on Power Level 8 for 5 minutes. Does anyone else have any fun, creative NuWave snack ideas?
