CAJUN CRACK: I make this all of the time for parties. It's addicting!! 2 cans of corn, 1 can of hot rotel , 1 bag of shredded cheddar, 3/4 cup of Chives, 1 1/2 cups of sour cream, 1/2-2/3 cup of mayo Then mix it all together and add a ton of garlic powder and Tony's cajun seasoning refrigerate for 4 hours. It's best to let it refrigerate overnight. The dip tastes the best with fritos!
