Flourless muffins that are so easy to make you can whip up a batch every morning.
1 1/2 c semi-sweet choc chips 2 T coconut oil 1 can garbanzos, drained and rinsed (15 oz) 4 lg eggs 3/4 cup stevia blend 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla In a pan, melt choc chips & coconut oil. Set aside. In a blender, blend beans, 1 egg, vanilla and the melted choc. In a separate bowl mix the stevia blend with 3 eggs. Add the bean mix and baking powder and blend. Pour into a greased 9 inch pan. Bake for 40 min at 350. Cool for 15 min before unmolding.

Zucchini Brownies. I am pinning this again because I made these last night and they were so dang good! NO flour, dairy, or oil!! As far as brownies go, these are pretty dang healthy. I recommend melting the chocolate chunks and mixing into the batter and then adding extra chunks. I doubled the amount of chocolate and they were amazing!
