    Ingredients 2c Cooked Quinoa 1/2c (60g) Walnuts - chopped 3/4c (45g) Unsweetened Shredded Coconut 1c Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 4T (40g) Ground Flaxseed 5 scoops Vanilla Whey (I use EAS) 1c (140g) Frozen Strawberries 3/4c (140g) Frozen Blueberries 2 tsp Cinnamon Instructions Mix all ingredients together, except fruit. Add to a greased pan and bake at 375 for 20 - 25 minutes. Meanwhile - add fruit to a sauce pan and stir on low - mashing up fruit with a fork. Top Bars with fruit, when cooled - cut into 12 pieces.
