Pepperoni Chips I've put thin sliced pepperoni on paper towels in the microwave for about a minute (for maybe 20 slices of pepperoni) and check to see if they are crisp and if not crisp enough, zap for another few seconds. These are great just to eat as snacks or to put in salads. I like them really crisp.
