Reward System for Kids. Cotton balls and Jar. When the kid fills up their jar, they get to choose something to DO (not an object). Bowling with Daddy, out for ice cream, stay up late, Go to the pool, etc. Great ideas

I love this idea! Put a timer on a lamp in your child's room. Set it to where it will turn the lamp on at whatever time they're allowed to get up. Teach them they can't get up until the lamp turns on. :-) A much cheaper alternative to another nightlight I've seen.
