    I put the tomato's through my Hurom juicer. Removes the skin and seeds of the tomato eliminating the need to blanch. I usually saute up onions, garlic, peppers, brunoise cut a jalapeno, you can add mushrooms and olives if you wish add tomato juice and simmer. Makes a beautiful sauce that is quick and easy.
