Apple Cider Margarita: Add a few spoonfuls of cane sugar, coarse sugar & cinnamon to a plate. Run an orange segment around the edge of the glass, then press into the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat the rim. Add a few orange slices in the bottom of the glass, fill with ice, then add the Grand Marnier, tequila & apple cider and stir to mix. Garnish with apple slices & cinnamon sticks.
Caramel Apple Cider: In a small saucepan, stir together apple cider and caramel ice cream topping. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring often. Remove from heat and pour into heat-proof mugs. Top with whipped cream, a sprinkling of cinnamon, and a cinnamon stick for garnish. Serve hot.
