Asparagus, red potatoes, and garlic. Healthy and super easy side dish. Looks like on the recipe, cook the potatoes and garlic for a bit on their own then add the asparagus, to avoid overcooking..I love crunchy asparagus, so that would be my recommendation..that way Daniel can pick out the greens too. :)

Spread frozen corn on baking sheet, sprinkle with olive oil and salt & pepper. Broil for 5 minutes. This is my new favorite way to cook corn! I love that you can use frozen corn, and it was SO easy!

Mushroom Spinach Quiche

Gotta try this! Melt a stick of butter in the pan. Slice one lemon and layer it on top of the butter. Put down fresh shrimp, then sprinkle one pack of dried Italian seasoning. Put in the oven and bake at 350 for 15 min. Best Shrimp you will EVER taste:)

Incredible Baked Meatballs. 1lb hamburger, 2 eggs, beaten with 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan , 1 cup panko or bread crumbs, 1 small onion, minced, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon salt, freshly ground pepper to taste, 1/4 cup minced fresh basil Mix all ingredients with hands. Form into golfball sized meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
