Healthy Baked Churros....1 sheet frozen pastry puff, thawed 1 cup sugar 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon 1/2 cup melted butter Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut the frozen pastry into 1 inch wide strips Bake for 8-10 minutes. Mix together the sugar and cinnamon. When they are done baking, brush the sticks with the melted butter and roll into the sugar and cinnamon mixture.

Quinoa veggie burgers. 1/2c uncooked quinoa, 1carrot, 4scallions, 2 cloves garlic, 15oz can black beans, 1/4c breadcrumbs, 1 beaten egg, 1tbsp ground cumin, ¾tsp salt, ½tsp pepper, 2tbsp olive oil. Boil 3/4c water, add quinoa, cover, cook on low until liquid is absorbed (12-14minutes). Pulse carrot until finely chopped, add quinoa, scallions, garlic, beans, breadcrumbs, egg, cumin, salt & pepper; pulse. Form 4 patties, heat oil on skillet, cook burgers until brown, ~8min per side.
