Crock Pot Banana Foster Ingredients 1 c. packed brown sugar; ¼ tsp ground cinnamon; ½ c. unsalted butter, cut into pieces; 4 ripe bananas, cut into 1 “ slices; ¼ c. dark rum Combine brown sugar, cinnamon+butter in crock pot cover+cook on low for 30 to 60 min til butter is melted, stir well to make sure sugar is dissolved Add bananas, stirring gently to coat Stir in rum Cover+cool on low for 15 min or til bananas are warm Serve Bananas Foster over vanilla ice cream. or pound cake.
