Daily in the morning one half hour before breakfast and on an empty stomach, and at night before sleeping, drink honey and cinnamon powder boiled in one cup of water. When taken regularly, it reduces the weight of even the most obese person. Also, drinking this mixture regularly does not allow the fat to accumulate in the body even though the person may eat a high calorie diet.
I started following this blog when I did Weight Watchers. She gives WW points values as well as all nutritional information for her recipes. This one is one of my favorites. So simple, delicious, and good for you!

WW Crockpot Chicken Stroganoff Makes 6 servings, 4 points each. Ingredients 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken 1 container (16 oz) fat free sour cream 1 packet powdered onion soup mix 1 can fat free cream of chicken soup 1 small can mushrooms Instructions Add all ingredients to crock pot. Cook on low for 6 hours.
