Mini pot pie recipes with bisquick 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. bisquick, 2 eggs start with bisquick mix. this makes the base for all mini pies. combine and start with a little less than at tablespoon in each greased muffin cup. next add your filling. cheeseburger, pepperoni pizza, blt whatever you can imagine. add about cup of the mixture to each cup.finally, top it off with one more tablespoon of the bisquick mixture. bake for 25-30 minutes then pop them out of the pan. they can be frozen!

Broccomole: Broccoli Guacamole. Only 20 calories a serving, but insanely creamy and addictive.

These carrots are amazing! Roast in the oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes with some seasoning and a little olive oil. Then drizzle with about 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of honey, and about 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar. Chicken Ranch Tacos - Cook chicken in the crockpot mixed with one 1oz packet of ranch seasoning mix, one 1oz packet of taco seasoning, one can of chicken broth. Cook on low for 3 hours. Shred chicken and serve with toppings.
