Gooey Butter Cookies: 1 box Duncan Hines butter recipe cake mix, 1 stick butter, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, 1 pkg cream cheese @ room temperature (8 oz. pkg), 1 egg. Combine all ingredients with electric mixer until well blended. Chill dough for two hours. Roll into balls (about walnut size). Roll balls in powdered sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar when completely cooled. #justapinch.com

Mud Cake. Vanilla pudding then a layer of crushed Oreo then another layer of vanilla pudding and then the top layer of Oreo and worms. I've used choc pudding too!
Snickerdoodle Muffins! Treated the family to these this morning. Had to make a few changes. I only had one stick of unsalted butter so I used 1 unsalted and 1 salted. Also, I only had light sour cream so I used it. I used my Kitchenaid mixer to make these and ended up with 24 full-size muffins. They turned out REALLY yummy!
