Baked Shrimp in Tomato Feta Sauce - so good! I did make some changes based on our preferences...substituted dried oregano for dill and added crushed red pepper to the sauce. I also had to bake a little longer at 15 minutes for the shrimp to cook through (they were the 31-40 size). Served two ways - over pasta and with a french baguette - both were delicious.
