CALLING ALL CAJUN FOOD JUNKIES - Cajun Lasagna!! My mom thoughtfully brought me some good ole cajun crawfish from Louisiana when she came to visit - tried this recipe - AMAZING! had it for dinner tonight. i added spinach to the cheese herb layer - the seafood layer is a bit runny with the velveeta so i recommend using something like flour or breadcrumbs to thicken, but the taste is HEAVENLY! :)

Spaghetti Squash Cakes 2 egg whites ¼ cup whole wheat flour 2-3 cloves of garlic grated 1 ½ cups of cooked spaghetti squash About ¼ cup finely diced sweet onion Salt & Pepper Whisk the egg whites and flour add remaining ingred. Mix well. Place 14 cup in sprayed skillet. flatten. 3-5 min side. serv: 2 cakes 60 cal 2 WWp. (I left out peppers - think of other additions)
