Bacon and Egg Toast Cups - Oven at 400 degrees. Cut circles out of bread about 3 in diameter. Take bread circles and press into muffin pan. Heat skillet and book bacon partially. Shape bacon into toast cups and fill with 1 Tbs shredded cheese. Place in oven for 5 min. Remove and crake egg, separate most of egg white. Drop eggs into the cups and sprinkile with salt & pepper. Cook another 10 min.
Truffle Hot Chocolate Balls...makes hot chocolate when dropped in milk. [A pile of these individually wrapped mounds with a mug would make for a perfect gift!]
THE MOST ADDICTING SNACK! Melt Hershey’s kisses onto pretzels (275 degrees, 3 minutes), remove, and immediately press a single m on each. Let cool and harden before serving. These are great made with Hershey Hugs also!! You can't eat just one! : )
Sliced baked potatoes...do with sweet potatoes. Method Preheat the oven to 220˚C (425˚F). Put the potato on a chopping board, flat side down. Start from one end of the potato, cut almost all the way through, at about 3 to 4 mm intervals. Arrange the potatoes in a baking tray and insert the garlic in between the slits. Scatter some butter on top of each potato. Then drizzle the olive oil and sprinkle some sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Bake the potatoes for about 40 minutes or until the potatoes turn crispy and the flesh is soft.

Must remember for Thanksgiving next year! Dip tip of waffle cone in warm water for about 20 seconds then microwave for 20 seconds. Roll the softened end of the cone around a clean pencil then hold in place for 20 seconds. Little cornucopias.
