Laundry room. Oh gosh, love it!
I think I'm going to faint.
Steamline the appearance of a clothing closet while improving storage capacity and functionality by trading in mismatched hangers for a matched set. Then take a tip from the organization pros and tie a ribbon around each hanger. When you pull out a garment to wear, remove the ribbon. After six months, donate any clothes still on hangers with ribbons.
Oh, that this could be my walk-in closet some day.
After moving into my new apt I've felt uncomfortable with how girly/youngish my whole place feels. I really wanted it to be an 'adult' apt. But after seeing a post like this, I'm happy to see that there can be a balance between cozy, girly, and adult. love the temporary wallpaper, would never do it.
piewacketblog.com Just love the creativity!
Oh, my wood-nymph heart loves this!
window frame to cupboard
Perfect office for me...light, simple, airy, organized, and uncluttered....love the long built in desk and bookshelves, and the shaggy light blue rug. I would add a cabinet or drawers on one end and put the couch under a huge window. Or maybe even build shelves around a window...yes, I'm in love with gazing out of windows and natural light.
I adore the farmhouse sink and have lusted after one for years! I was dismayed to read in a May article in Remodeling mag that labeled it "trendy" and said "everyone wanted one" (way back in 2011-12!) but no one is doing them today. Puh-leeze. I had one in my last apartment that I loved and that dated back to 1927.
