Crock Pot Brown Sugar Balsamic Glazed Pork Tenderloin!
Honey Sauced Chicken (crockpot): 3/4 pound chicken (of your choice) 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/2 cup honey 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/8 cup chopped onion (or 1/16 cup onion flakes) 1/8 cup ketchup 1 Tbs. vegetable oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
Balsamic & Onion Pot Roast 3-4 pound boneless chuck roast Seasoning Salt Onion Powder Garlic Powder black pepper to taste 1-2 T olive oil (depends on your pan) 1/4 cup water to deglaze pan 2-3 large onions, peeled and thickly sliced 1 cup beef stock, reduced to 1/2 cup (can use a can of beef broth, but be sure to reduce it) 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 1/2 cup tomato sauce

Slow cooker cilantro lime chicken: One 24-ounce jar medium or mild salsa, Juice from one lime, 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped, One 1.25-oz. package taco seasoning, 2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped. Add 4-6 boneless chicken breast halves (completely defrosted) to the slow cooker and coat with the salsa mixture. Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.

Brown Sugar and Balsamic Glazed pork loin- this was delicious and very easy! I did not use my crock pot, instead I seared the pork loin on all sides in a roasting pan, then transferred it to a 450F oven and continued cooking until internal temp reached 145F. Meanwhile, heated and thickened glaze on stove and then brushed it over the pork loin. Sliced, served with remaining glaze. Excellent!
