Smokey Sparkly Eye. MAC's carbon on crease & soft brown blended out around eyes (include bottom.) Naked Palette Virgin on brow bone. Pat Makeup Forever diamond dust on lid w/o medium. Stila onyx pencil on water line & Inglot's gel liner on top lid (use angel brush)
Place colour on the outer and inner 1/3 of the eye. Gently pat a lighter shimmer on the center of the eye in the open space. Make sure to blend the lines. To create a 3d look, go back over the inner and outer part of the eye and pat a small amount of colour making sure not to completely cover the previous shade. Blend any harsh lines with another shade.

Love this look! (Quick side note--picking a shadow color that is darker than you're eye color will always make your eyes appear lighter, so if you have dark eyes and are trying to make them pop, it doesn't necessarily have to be black. You can pick any color but have it be a darker shade. Also brown eyes are easier because virtually any color will compliment brown eyes.)
