No Bake Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies Once falls rolls around, I am a little (just a little) Pumpkin Obsessed! So our go to cookie – the Chocolate No Bake Cookie – gets a revamp with pumpkin flavors as well. Using a pumpkin spice pudding mix and pumpkin spice, these little cookies are great for an afterschool snack or bedtime treat for your family!

2 ingredient cake Mix together, 1 Angel Food cake mix (dry) and 1, 20 or 22 ounce can of fruit pie filling. That's it! Bake in an ungreased 9x13 pan at 350 for 28-30 minutes. It will puff up. MAKING IT NOW!!!

Lazy Cake Cookies - 1 box of yellow or white cake mix, 2 eggs beaten, 5 Tblsp melted butter, 2 cups chocolate chips (can sub. in M & M's, etc..). Mix together and bake in 9X13 pan on 350 for 20 min. **I used only about 1&1/2 c. choc chips, and I added in about 1/2 c. or so of dried pomegranate seeds. Also, I used an 11x7 pan and baked for 25 minutes** SO GOOD!!

Red Velvet Trifle We made this without the chocolate ganache, and added a little cream cheese and sugar to the cream filling recipe (after a taste test--it probably would have been rich enough if we were using the chocolate ganache) I love a good trifle better than a cake and this one was delicious and so elegant for the Christmas tea at which we served it.
