I think my blog is different than the others out there because I am a trained chef & went through culinary school after being diagnosed with celiac disease. My recipes are not only gluten-free but also peanut-free and top 8 allergen aware. I try to focus on creating delicious recipes that are family-friendly and not overly complicated.
