Things for my hair
When I'm feeling itchy and decide to cut/color my hair
For shiny, healthy hair think first of your body’s intake. Your hair is really just a reflection of what you are inside. A good balanced, nutritious and healthy diet will do more to make your hair shine than any shampoo or conditioner. And drink eight to ten glasses of water a day too; hair is 25% water, so don’t let yours go thirsty!

Part your hair and blow it dry with the nozzle pointing downward, using your fingers instead of a brush. Then, wrap random sections around a one-inch curling iron and tug on the ends to loosen the waves. Okay, in fairness, I hate the way it looks in this picture, but I think I can manage a version that I don't hate. ----- Part your hair on the side. Take a small section of hair at the left behind your ear and twist and pin on your neckline. Do the same twist and pin behind your right ear and pin on your neckline. Then separate the rest of your hair into equal sections and repeat, twisting into little buns and pinning on the nape of your neck.
