I will never eat cauliflower any other way again. This is so good! Oven roasted cauliflower with garlic and parmesan.

Baby spinach avocado, tomato, lemon, salt and pepper. Yum yum yum yum yum!

Instead of using chips and crackers for dips, Spray green peppers with pam and sprinkle Garlic Powder on top. Bake them in the oven for 10 minutes on 400! Save tons of Calories and Carbs! YUM!

One-Pot Pasta - Martha Stewart. Boil penne 6 minutes less than al dente; add broccoli florets, and cook until penne is al dente. Drain; return to the pot, and toss with a couple of crushed garlic cloves, some olive oil, the zest and juice of a lemon, salt and pepper, and plenty of Parmesan.

Week-night.... Dump 1 envelope of taco seasoning, 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts a jar of salsa in the crockpot, stir and cook on high(4-6 hrs.) or low(6-8 hrs.) Should be able to shred with a fork. Place meat mixture in tortillas and top with your favorite toppings! Oh yum!
