Beef Enchilada Dip Recipe
Roasted cabbage. INSANELY delicious, easy, inexpensive healthy. (1 t. olive oil, 2 T. bacon bits, 2 T lemon juice, 1 T. worcestershire, 1/4 t. salt, 1/4 t. pepper, 1 Cabbage, quartered, individually wrapped. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes)
One of the healthiest and yummiest breakfast/snacks ever!! High in protein and healthy fats. SO good for you and delicious! Ingredients: Whole avocado, Eggs, Cayenne pepper (or any spice of your choice). Remove the stone from an avocado. Scoop out a little more avocado to increase the size of the stone's crater. Crack an egg into the crater. Sprinkle with Cayenne pepper (cheese too if you desire). Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until egg is cooked to the level you like. PALEO APPROVED.
Salad: Update: I've been eating salads for the past 8 weeks now and I have lost 12 pounds from eating healthy and cutting out sugar. I never thought I could do it but I am feeling really good about this diet. Insanity will have to wait after I have shed 32 more pounds. JC
