Clean Eating Chicken Salad--I made this yesterday to much fanfare with a couple of changes. 1) I used plain Greek yogurt (not a ranch dressing) 2) I mashed up avocado into the Greek yogurt to make an avocado dressing. It was SO good and will definitely be made again. TONS of protein (68g when made with Greek yogurt and 3oz chicken and 1/2 avocado)
