Very easy, very cheap, very healthy, and VERY DELICIOUS! I made it in the crock pot, so I added about half a carton of chicken broth (about 3+ cups), and cooked it on low for 6 hours. I used 1 can of black beans and 1 can of kidney beans as 4 cup bean blend. The tomatoes were southwest style, and I used 6 mini red chilies. Raw Vegan Brownies by "28 Cooks" (Like a LaraBar but better!) -- When making this recipe do not use agave syrup (which is worse than high fructose corn syrup and a scam -- look it up for yourself if you don't believe me). Sweet Potato Quinoa Tacos with Chipotle Sauce from @Allison Ruth of Some the Wiser
2 cups 0% Greek Yogurt, I used Fage (Chobani will work as well) 1/2 cup raw honey 1 cup mixed berries, washed (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries) Blend yogurt and honey together in a large bowl. Fold mixed berries in. Transfer into a container with a spout so the mixture can be poured into popsicle molds. Fill popsicle molds close the top and put in popsicle sticks. Freeze for 3 hours or overnight.
