Recipe: California Avocado Breakfast Casserole
Chocolate Banana Quinoa Bring 1/2 c quinoa, 1/2 water, 1 almond milk, and dash of sea salt to boil in small pot, reduce heat, simmer -cook stirring occasionally until all liquid absorbed (about 10 min). Remove quinoa from stove transfer to bowl. Mix in the mashed banana, cocoa powder, vanilla & honey. Stir until combined. Pour remaining 1/4 cup of almond milk over quinoa, garnish with banana slices and mint (if desired), enjoy!
The trick is to put the pan in a cold oven and then switch it on and begin your timer. Im amazed how many people dont know this. Cook bacon in the oven. Cover cookie sheet with tinfoil first. We do 375 for about 20 min instead of 400 for ten because the lower and slower the more fat renders out. I hate getting SPLATTERED!! This works perfect! 8/25/12 - This is the easiest way to cook bacon ever! No more standing over a skillet for me! Clean up was easy!
breakfast ham/egg enchiladas - very easy. Don't fold in the ends of the tortillas. Leaving them open is part of the miracle of these enchiladas. The egg makes its way inside of the tortillas and bakes in there!
