Zucchini Chips: Slice very thin and press between sheets of paper towels to remove moisture. Line up on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil, sprinkle w salt. Bake at 225 for 2 hours till they dry and crisp.
Baked Cauliflower Cheese Sticks with Marinara Sauce. These are so good! I am more of a throw everything in a crock pot or casserole dish and just let it cook person so these took a little more work than I like but they were delicious and healthy! I think next time I'll make a bigger batch so I can have them to snack on form a few days and get all the work out of the way at once-srh

Wine Jello Shots; because real women are classy when they are being trashy ;) use 2 pkgs of jello and substitue your favorite sweet wine for the cold water. Let boiling water and gelatin cool before adding the wine. Pour into a 9-by-13-inch glass baking dish, chill until set. Run a knife around edge of dish and invert onto a cutting board, trim edges, cut into 1 1/4-inch squares. Enjoy!
