Recipes to use with Stone Wave cooker
Just bought The Stone Wave Cooker and I am collecting recipes to use with it.
Microwaved yummy and good looking potatoes! Note to self - next time open them up a bit and make sure seasoning gets inside!
A.MA.ZING! 3 - 2 - 1 Microwave Cake POUR a box of angel food "one-step" cake mix into a ziploc bag. ADD a box of cake mix in your favorite flavor. BLEND together. MIX 3 Tbsp mix with 2 Tbsp water. MICROWAVE for one minute. Note: Author tried doubling the recipe in one mug and it was still done in a minute.
Microwave Eggs with Spinach and Feta Ingredients: 2 whole eggs 2 egg whites 1/4 c. feta cheese, crumbled 1 1/2 c. fresh spinach, torn Salt and pepper to taste Directions: In a microwave-safe bowl, beat eggs and egg whites. Stir in cheese, torn spinach, and seasonings to taste. Cook 55 seconds on high. Stir and cook for additional 20-30 seconds until cooked but not dry.
I tried this recipe 2 nights ago and it works! I used Angel Food cake mix and Devil's Food cake mix. I topped it with 4 or 5 chocolate chips when it came out of the microwave...yum! Just be aware that the texture is lighter than regular cake. Great recipe when you want cake and you don't want to have all the extra cake staring at you, tempting you to eat more than you should!
Here's the recipe to make the mini molten microwave cake: 1/2 c. chocolate cake mix 1/3 c. water. Mix well in a cereal size bowl- microwave safe. Drop 5 teaspoons of hot fudge onto the batter. Microwave for 95 seconds. Top with ice cream or whipped cream. Yum.
Minute cupcakes: 3 tbs flour 1/4tsp baking powder pinch salt 1 tbs melted butter (or oil, or applesauce) 2 tsp sweetener 1tbs + 1sp milk splash of vanilla toppings: blueberries, nuts, chocolate. Directions: Mix all ingredients together in a ramekin or small microwaveable dish. Microwave for 1 minute. Eat.
