Spicy Sausage Pasta | Kevin & Amanda's Recipes

Mexican Stuffed Peppers with Quinoa & Black Beans 4 bell peppers, halved 1c quinoa, uncooked ½ med. onion, diced 15oz black beans, drain/rinse 1 roma tomato, seed/dice 4oz diced green chiles (don’t drain) ¼c cilantro, minced ¼tsp salt ¼tsp pepper olive oil, if desired ½c Monterrey Jack, grated ½c cheddar cheese, grated 28oz red enchilada sauce

~ rainbow chicken ~ lots of fresh vegetables (peppers, carrots, onions, potatoes, sweet potatoes), layered with spice rubbed boneless chicken ~ (paprika, cumin, fresh minced garlic, olive oil, dash of vinegar, salt, pepper) ~ cover in lemon slices (1 lemon) ~ seal with foil ~ bake at 425 degrees for at least 45 minutes ~ let rest ~ eat it up! ~

Crock Pot Ham. Cover the bottom of the crock pot with brown sugar. Place ham on top of the brown sugar and add pineapple tidbits with the juice. Sprinkle ham with more brown sugar. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
