Potatoes in a Pouch (Patate al forno in un sacchetto)... These are the perfect side dish, Easy (just wrap in aluminum foil, bake and forget), simple (only 4 ingredients plus S) and wonderfully tasty with fresh sage to remind you of Thanksgiving stuffing
Chicken and Bows -- This turned out really well. I added fresh onion and garlic w/ the red pepper when I cooked the chicken (instead of a dutch oven I used my cast iron skillet). For the sauce in addition to the ingredients listed I added around 1/2 cup of white wine. Mixed it with tricolor bow-tie pasta. Made a shit ton and it was super easy, definitely working this into our dinner rotation.
I dont know why people buy jarred alfredo sauce! Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce. 1 pkg Pasta (we like penne, instead of fettuccine) 1 stick of butter 1 clove of minced garlic 1 pint of heavy cream 1 cup of fresh Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp cream cheese 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp white pepper.
