Gouda and Spinach Stuffed Pork Chops - used seasoned panko, went heavy on horseradish mustard for us, used Dijon on kids, delicious!

Shrimp and Roasted Asparagus Risotto-delicious, used a sprinkle of crushed red pepper on shrimp while cooking, added 1/2 of heavy cream instead of butter.

Stuffed Pork Tenderloin with Apple Chutney-easy and delicious. I prepared in advance for company, then seared and stuck in oven. Worked great. Apple chutney was a great accompaniment.

Crock pot BBQ pot roast. Delicious. Halved the hot sauce and it was the perfect amount of hear for the kids. Want to try the grits, but served over mashed potatoes with caramelized onions.

Chicken Lazone- delicious. Seasoning on chicken was perfect, not too spicy, kids really liked. If serving over pasta, make full batch of sauce. If not, half sauce.

Thought this was a little bland, but everyone else devoured it. Added the entire 6 oz of parm cheese, 1/2 c would have made it even less flavorful. Next time will add more to chicken while cooking to increase flavor.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole-fantastic! Enjoyed by all four of us. Didn't use as much butter in topping, subbed a mix of seasonings for seasoned salt (paprika, dry mustard, garlic powder). Sauce takes a while to make, but otherwise easy.

Spaghetti Squash Boats-SO delicious! Sautéed onions and garlic, cooked Italian sausage, added some sauce from jar. Shredded squash, filled in with sauce, topped with mozz, broiled to melt and crisp cheese.
