Here is a great way to help train your body to help shed those pounds faster on the weight watcher plan. I heard an elderly man speak at a WW (weight watchers)meeting today about how he was doing 5 mile swims, 10 mile runs, and 28 mile biking races. He mentioned about how he had passed people who were younger than him, and had never imaginedi n his wildest dreams that he could accomplish such back-breaking tasks. I myelf did not think I could do something s such until I saw this chart which I am thinking of trying. Ill keep updated about how this works and if it does. Enjoy
Cleanse -- i started this once...it's actually used by hospitals for heart patients who need to lose weight quickly before sugery. Sacred Heart Diet I think... (i think when i heard about it in the 80's it was touted as the "stewardess diet" -- you know, back when they had to be skinny young chicks!
