    Rewards are one thing that I don't completely agree with. Shouldn't doing something good and healthy for yourself be reward enough? As most people know, muscle weighs more than fat, therefore celebrating every pound lost doesn't necessarily make sense. You can be getting stronger and healthier and actually be putting on weight.
