Truth! They end up being even worse for your body than the regular versions. The best way is to eat natural foods... A lot of chemicals they put in food these days don't belong in our bodies. I always look at the ingredients list, and if there are a bunch of names of additives I don't recognize, I won't eat it. I prefer to know what I'm putting into my body. :)
