I had a salad awhile back at Wolfgang Puck's, Spago, and decided to make it myself. It has butter lettuce, radishes, small tomatoes, pine nuts, avocado, and tarragon. The dressing is a Dijon vinaigrette (Dijon mustard, honey, vinegar, pepper, oil.)
